Help Donny Overcome His Medical and Personal Challenges

I was diagnosed with a form of narcolepsy sleep apnea vitamin deficiency and a few other things on a long list of medical conditions.

Until I'm able to get some of these things corrected I was put onto a forced medical leave.
I have a minute of the company long enough to receive short-term disability. Basically meaning that I have no income coming in. I'm trying to find anything that I have I can sell any little jobs here and there that I can do or some way to make the income that I need. But while struggling with this I need some assistance.
